They are only offered on the World Wide Web to women that have had mastectomies and shipped direct to them via USPS Priority mail. The plus size breast prosthesis is available in standard tear drop shape with a flat back. Most silicone post mastectomy breast prosthesis are offered by other breast forms manufactureres with a concave back that sometimes results in an embarassing sound when hugs are given.
